We understand and value your privacy and as such have the following guidelines within our business.

  1. International orders are sent in plain packaging.  We are now using a new shipping program and there is no mention of HM at all.  Discreet shipping guaranteed!
  2. Australian orders are sent in Express Post bags with no mention of HM.
  3. There is no paperwork inside package.
  4. We will not contact you unless you either ask, or give us permission to respond to a feedback enquiry.
  5. As a valued customer your details are not passed on to any third parties.
  6. If you have specific concerns regarding the delivery of your order, (children opening or unsuspecting partner) we recommend you arrange an alternative shipping address to ensure your privacy.
